Things that you use every day should be kept in your prime space, that's any place you can easily reach without bending or stretching.

Often the things that are in your attic or basement are no longer useful.
An Extra Hand can help you eliminate those things to make space for the things that are really important and useful in your life.

Checklists for Success

How A Checklist Can Help You Succeed

It’s time to prepare the kids for summer camp.  Frieda Frazzled is racing around with a hand-written list of things she thinks her daughter will need, but, sadly, has not thought to include insect spray or flip flops.  Meanwhile, Cathy Calm is following the checklist she received from the camp.  Her daughter will have everything she needs for a great time at camp.

So what’s the difference between a list and a checklist?  Unlike an informal list, a checklist is designed and tested for reliability, accuracy and completeness.  A well-known example is the preflight checklist that is so essential for flying that even a pilot with years and years of experience will not take off without one!

The benefits of a using checklist are:

·        The project is broken down for you into small, manageable steps.

·        You don’t need to rely on your memory.

·        It eliminates guesswork.

·        It presents steps in the most efficient order.

·        It makes it easy for you to start back up at the right place after an interruption.

Using a checklist reduces stress and leads to success!
